Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Pilavio. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Pilavio, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Pilavio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Pilavio is a web application that provides AI-powered Pilates routine generation, exercise library management, and weekly scheduling tools for Pilates instructors and studios. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at infos.pilavio@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Pilavio offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, and refunds are available within 7 days of being charged. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content, features, and functionality of Pilavio — including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and the AI routine generation system — are owned by Pilavio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (exercises, routines, notes). By using Pilavio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Pilavio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated routines are suggestions only; always apply your professional judgment before using any routine with clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pilavio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or these Terms of Service. Pilavio's total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pilavio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings › Privacy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pilavio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the app or by email. Continued use of Pilavio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
